Area of work

Locating and surveying

What lies underground is rarely where the plan shows it. We locate power, gas, water, district heating and data lines electromagnetically and with ground-penetrating radar, find concealed manholes and clear the site before the excavator arrives. The result lies marked on the ground and as an asset record in your GIS.

Service area

Do we come to you?

Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland plus parts of Upper Austria and Styria from our base in Traiskirchen; all of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg from the Erding site. Some services in this area we cover throughout Austria and in southern Germany; the "At a glance" table of the service says so. Our engineers live all over Lower Austria – many jobs start from their own region.

What needs to be found?
What’s the reason?
Street and town are enough to start with.
Up to eight files, each up to 12 MB, 40 MB in total. JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP or PDF. A photo of the area, a site plan or an old as-built drawing helps us a great deal.

Telephone or email – we need one of the two to answer you.

How we handle your details is set out in the privacy notice (in German).

We will come back to you. Your details go exclusively to dienstleistung@cft.at and are not passed on.

We do not come to search. We are here to find.
