Something is wrong – and nobody knows where.

A stain on the wall, the water meter turning with every tap closed, the heating pressure falling, a blocked drain. We find the spot non-destructively, mark it to the centimetre and write down what we found.

On a flat roof the gravel has been cleared aside in places; flood tests with green fluorescent dye are set up on the exposed areas

Roof, pool and grounds

Dripping from above, or the pool is losing water

A technician in a high-visibility jacket, two cable fault locators in hand, walks across the cobblestones of a square, looking down at the ground

Power and cables

The fuse trips, the heating mat stays cold, no signal

A worker in a yellow high-visibility vest guides a cable locator across a meadow, railway tracks in the background

What lies under the property?

Finding pipe routes and lost manholes

How it works

Four steps, and you know where to open up.

  1. You give us a call

You describe what you are observing. We tell you which pipes or cables need to be checked and what access we need.

  2. We measure on site

First we narrow down the section, then the point within it. Measurements are taken from outside – nothing is chiselled or dug up.

  3. You see where it lies

The point is marked at your property: on the floor or on the wall, with the depth stated.

  4. You get it in writing

Photo report, damage record or survey report, with photographs and a location sketch. Ready to hand to insurer, plumber and electrician.

Service area

Do we come to you?

From Traiskirchen we cover Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland plus parts of Upper Austria and Styria. From the Erding site, all of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The exact area of each service is stated in its "At a glance" table. The base is Traiskirchen, the crew is not: our engineers live all over Lower Austria and start many jobs from home – the way to you often begins nearby. The appointment is made by telephone.
